Contact with us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Form data and comments

If website visitors leave comments or form entries, the data entered and their IP addresses are stored. This is done for security reasons in case someone writes illegal content (insults, left or right-wing extremist propaganda, hate mailings etc.). In this case we are interested in the identity of the author.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudo-anymised. The user data is stored for a period of 2 years.

EUROPLASMA ÖSTERREICH

1. Allgemeine Informationen
Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels ist EUROPLASMA GmbH, Alserbachstraße 18, 1090 Wien. Die Teilnehmer können gegenüber Facebook und Instagram keine Ansprüche geltend machen, die im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme an und Nutzung des Gewinnspiels entstehen. Die Teilnehmer erkennen an, dass das Gewinnspiel in keiner Weise von Facebook oder Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert wird bzw. in keiner Verbindung zu Facebook oder Instagram steht. Alle Informationen und Daten, die im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels durch die Nutzer mitgeteilt oder von diesen erhoben werden, werden nur dem Veranstalter und nicht Facebook oder Instagram bereitgestellt. Sämtliche Anfragen und Hinweise bezüglich des Gewinnspiels sind an den Veranstalter und nicht an Facebook oder Instagram zu richten. 2. Teilnahmeberechtigung
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle aktiven Plasma Spender bei Europlasma ab 18 Jahren. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und freiwillig.

3. Gewinnspielmechanismus
Der Teilnahmezeitraum sowie der Gewinnspielmechanismus des Gewinnspiels können unmittelbar dem Teilnahmefenster des Gewinnspiels entnommen werden. Die Preise werden im Gewinnspiel-Posting bekannt gegeben. Der Teilnehmer nimmt über Facebook oder Instagram am Gewinnspiel teil. Der Gewinner wird nach dem Zufallsprinzip ermittelt. Teilnahmeschluss ist am jeweiligen genannten Tag zu der genannten Uhrzeit.

4. Gewinnspielbenachrichtigung
Die Gewinner werden persönlich über ihren Gewinn informiert. Jeder Gewinner muss sich innerhalb von drei Werktagen beim Veranstalter melden. Meldet sich ein Gewinner nicht innerhalb dieser Frist, wird ohne weitere Ankündigung ein Ersatz-Gewinner gezogen.

5. Ausschluss vom Gewinnspiel
Angestellte des Veranstalters sowie andere an der Konzeption und Umsetzung der Aktion beteiligten Personen sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Ausgeschlossen werden auch Personen, die sich unerlaubter Hilfsmittel bedienen oder sich anderweitig durch Manipulation Vorteile verschaffen. Gegebenenfalls können in diesen Fällen Gewinne auch nachträglich aberkannt und zurückgefordert werden. Ausgeschlossen ist auch, wer unwahre Angaben zu seiner Person macht. Die Teilnahme durch Gewinnspielvereine, automatisierte Dienste oder sonstige Dienstleister ist nicht zulässig. Bei einem Verstoß gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, Personen vom Gewinnspiel auszuschließen und Gewinne nicht auszuschütten bzw. nachträglich abzuerkennen und zurückzufordern.

6. Datenschutz
Sofern im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels personenbezogene Daten der Teilnehmer erhoben werden (Name und Anschrift der Gewinner), werden diese Daten vom Veranstalter ausschließlich zur Durchführung der Aktion in Übereinstimmung mit den gesetzlichen Vorschriften verarbeitet und genutzt. Die Teilnehmer haben jederzeit die Möglichkeit, ihre personenbezogenen Daten löschen zu lassen. Hiervon ausgenommen sind ausschließlich die Daten, zu deren Aufbewahrung der Veranstalter gesetzlich verpflichtet ist. Wünscht ein Teilnehmer die Sperrung oder Löschung seiner Daten, ist eine weitere Teilnahme an der laufenden Verlosung naturgemäß nicht mehr möglich.

7. Vorzeitige Beendigung des Gewinnspiels
Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorankündigung und ohne Angabe von Gründen abzubrechen oder zu beenden, sofern sie nach vernünftigen Gesichtspunkten, insbesondere aufgrund technischer oder rechtlicher Gründe erforderlich ist. Von dieser Möglichkeit macht der Veranstalter insbesondere dann Gebrauch, wenn aus technischen Gründen (z. B. Viren im Computersystem, Manipulation oder Fehler in der Hard- und/oder Software) oder aus rechtlichen Gründen eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels nicht gewährleistet werden kann. Sofern eine derartige Beendigung durch das Verhalten eines Teilnehmers verursacht wird, kann der Veranstalter von dieser Person den entstandenen Schaden ersetzt verlangen.

8. Einräumung von Nutzungsrechten und Namensnennung
Die Teilnehmer erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass ihre Beiträge zum Gewinnspiel sowie deren Namen im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel, der Auslosung, Abwicklung oder Präsentation der Teilnehmerbeiträge von dem Veranstalter oder von dem Veranstalter beauftragten Dritten in Online- wie Offlinemedien (zum Beispiel auf der Facebook/Instagram Seite, Website, als Videos, Fotos oder Reports oder im Printbereich) Dritten öffentlich bekannt gegeben werden. Zu diesen Zwecken räumen die Teilnehmer dem Veranstalter unentgeltlich, zeitlich und örtlich unbeschränkt das Recht ein, die von ihnen im Rahmen der Gewinnspiel an den Veranstalter überlassenen Gewinnspielbeiträge, auch ohne Urhebernennung, in analogen und digitalen Medien zu vervielfältigen, zu verbreiten, öffentlich zugänglich zu machen, auszustellen, zu bearbeiten, zu senden, auszustellen sowie die vorgenannten Rechte auf Dritte zu übertragen.

9. Verhaltensregeln, Verantwortlichkeit und Sanktionen
Die Teilnehmer gewährleisten, dass sie keine Inhalte einreichen,

• von denen sie wissen, dass sie falsch, ungenau oder irreführend sind;
• die gegen das Urheberrecht oder sonstige Rechte Dritter verstoßen;
• die gegen gesetzliche Vorschriften oder behördliche Anordnungen verstoßen;
• die für ein Individuum oder ein Unternehmen diffamierend, verleumderisch, beleidigend oder diskriminierend sind; 
• für die eine Zahlung oder andere Gegenleistung eines Dritten entgegengenommen wurde;
• die Informationen bezüglich anderer Websites, Adressen, E-Mail-Adressen, Kontaktinformationen oder Telefonnummern enthalten;
• die Computerviren, -würmer oder sonstige potenziell schädliche Computerprogramme oder Dateien enthalten

Falls der Veranstalter wegen unzulässiger Inhalte oder sonstigen Gesetzesverstößen in Anspruch genommen wird, die von den Teilnehmern zu vertreten sind, stellen die jeweiligen Teilnehmer den Veranstalter auf erstes Anfordern frei und unterstützten den Veranstalter bei der Abwehr der Ansprüche. Diese Freistellung umfasst die erforderlichen Rechtsverfolgungskosten.

10. Rechtsweg, Änderungen und geltendes Recht
Der Rechtsweg ist im Hinblick auf die Ziehung der Gewinner und die Beurteilung der Inhalte der eingereichten Gewinnspielbeiträge, ausgeschlossen. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, die Teilnahmebedingungen jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft zu ändern. Die Änderung erfolgt nur beim Vorliegen von triftigen und sachlichen Gründen, insbesondere rechtlicher, technischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Natur. Im Fall von Änderungen teilt der Veranstalter den Teilnehmern die geänderten Teilnahmebedingungen in angemessener Form und an angemessener Stelle mit. Es ist das Recht der Republik Österreich anwendbar, sofern dem keine zwingenden Verbrauchervorschriften entgegenstehen.

Privacy Policy

The EUROPLASMA App is operated by Europlasma GmbH. This directive describes which of your information is recorded and processed to provide the EUROPLASMA App service. The company ebps logistics GmbH (ebps logistics Ltd) functions in line with the DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation, a.k.a GDPR or EU-GDPR) as the responsible contracted processor for the company EUROPLASMA GmbH and EUROPLASMA s.r.o. (EUROPLASMA Ltd.) No personal data is forwarded to any sub-processors.

I. Processed data and purpose of processing

For the use of the App, it is necessary to transfer the following categories of personal data between EUROPLASMA GmbH/EUROPLASMA s.r.o. and ebps logistics GmbH to record and process them for the following purposes within the EUROPLASMA App:

• Possibility to use the service / account administration
  Data regarding registration (e-mail address, user name etc.)
• Guarantee of the availability of the service / support of the integrity
  Data on incorrect logins
  Date of last login
  Identification of your person
• Personal data (surname, first name, birth date, …)
  Donor photo
• Contact details
  Contact data (e-mail, (mobile) telephone number, language…)
• Facilitation of Usability / Possibility to arrange donation appointments
  Blocking status
  Centre data of the donation centre where you are registered as a donor
  Processing data of your donations and examinations (Data of last donation and future, required examinations …)
  Data on your previously arranged appointments
• Visualisation of your status as a buddy
  Data of donors you have accompanied
• Visualization of your donation data
  Vital parameters
  Identification of donation (date, type, …)

To protect your personal data, it is only recorded in encrypted form. Furthermore, access to this data only takes place via encrypted connections.

II.  Basis for the processing of the data and protection of your rights in accordance with the DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR, also known as EU-GDPR)

By agreeing to the use of the EUROPLASMA App in your donation centre, you accept the recording, synchronisation and processing of the categories of data mentioned here for the purposes described.

You are entitled to withdraw the declaration of consent given at the donation centre without justification at any time. The cancellation is connected with the preservation of your right to deletion. Your data will be removed from the EUROPLASMA App and will no longer be processed or synchronised. Your data can also no longer be recorded or synchronized from this time onward. The use of the EUROPLASMA app will then be disabled.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you are entitled to request information about the data stored about you at any time.

If you notice incorrect data or false information about your person, you have the right to correct your personal data.
