Our job profiles

  • Recording

    You look after our plasma donors before, during and after the donation. You will take care of registration, carry out basic medical checks (weight, blood pressure, pulse) and issue the necessary documents. You will direct donors to a doctor if necessary and provide support in emergencies. You will also coordinate bed occupancy according to the schedule, pay out the expense allowance correctly and ensure hygiene, order and safety in the workplace.

  • Operator I

    As an Operator I, you are a qualified healthcare and nursing professional, medical-technical specialist, biomedical analyst, surgery assistant or nursing (specialist) assistant with clearance for venipuncture. You are fully trained in the field of pheresis and have the necessary expertise to care for donors safely and professionally.

  • Opterator II

    As an Operator II, you are a medical assistant and are comprehensively trained in the field of pheresis for supporting activities. You will look after plasma donors (and platelet donors in Vienna 9), educate them, check their identity, monitor the donation process and report incidents to the pheresis physician. You will prepare, operate and check cell separators and welding equipment and document all relevant steps in accordance with GMP. You will also check equipment temperatures, comply with hygiene regulations and ensure cleanliness, order and safety in the workplace.

  • Doctor

    As a doctor, you inform donors about plasmapheresis, take medical histories and assess their suitability to donate. You will carry out the clinical examination including vital signs, blood samples and blood count checks. Check-ups on qualified donors and monitoring the entire plasmapheresis process are also part of your remit. You will handle donor reactions, check laboratory findings and document all measures carefully and in accordance with GMP.

     

  • Head Office

    In the Head Office, you will work in a central team that supports and develops the processes in our plasma centers:

    ✔ Finance department: you take care of budget planning, cost control and the financial management of our sites.

    HR department: You oversee recruiting processes, support employees and develop HR initiatives.

    ✔ Marketing: You design campaigns, develop communication strategies and ensure a strong brand presence.

    ✔ Quality department: you monitor processes, carry out audits and ensure that all standards are met.

    ✔ Project management: you coordinate cross-location projects, optimize processes and implement new ideas.
