Main tasks

Educating and informing donors about plasmapheresis
Taking the medical history of potential donors and assessing their suitability to donate
Clinical examination of donors (suitability test, recording of vital parameters, blood samples, blood count checks on the blood analyzer)
Carrying out check-ups on qualified donors
Monitoring the plasmapheresis process
Treatment of donor reactions
Checking laboratory results
Documentation of the measures carried out

Completed training as a general practitioner or specialist with ius practicandi
Enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills
Team player and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and donors
Flexibility to adapt to the changing requirements of the donation center
Ability to make decisions and willingness to take responsibility in challenging situations
Accuracy and care in carrying out examinations and documentation
Perfect implementation of our high hygiene and documentation standards to ensure donor safety
Willingness to take on Saturday shifts and thus make an important contribution to the continuous care of donors
