Our 10th donation center opened on 26th of January 2026!

Be there in Krems right from the start and help save lives! Your plasma makes the difference. Our centers are not sterile hospitals, but places where people come together. This is where friendships are formed between donors, where people laugh, talk and do good together. That's why we have designed our centers to make you feel at home. While you relax on our comfortable loungers, state-of-the-art technology works to make your donation something special. Our team knows you by name, remembers your stories and makes sure you feel like you're with friends.

Important information for your visit:

  • Appointments: Donation appointments are scheduled every half hour.
  • Registration: Please register at the reception desk at least 10 minutes beforehand.
  • Latest donation time: Please note that donations are accepted no later than 45 minutes before closing time. 

The first appointments are:

  • Mon, Thu: 8:45 a.m.
  • Tue: 8:30 a.m.

The last appointments are:

  • Mon, Thu: 5:45 p.m.
  • Tue: 5:30 p.m.

How to find your plasma donation center in Krems

Thanks to our location right next to the B37 exit, you can reach us in no time by car. 

From Krems train station, take city bus 2 to the "Bründlgraben/EKZ" stop and walk about 600 meters to the donation center.
If you prefer the fresh air, you can reach us from Krems train station in a relaxed ten-minute bike ride.

    Yes, plasma donation is safe. Every donation is made to the highest medical standards.

    The first donation takes about 1 hour, from the second donation onwards between 30 and 45 minutes.

    The majority of our donors experience the puncture as a small prick. The rest of the donation doesn't hurt, you lie comfortably on our donor bed, pump from time to time and can relax.
